Joe's bayou boat launch is a 5 ramp launch into joe's bayou. this bayou opens into choctawhatchee bay and is less than 10 minutes from east pass. this ramp suffered a lot of damage from ivan and the city of destin has done a great job improving this launch. launch has a public restroom and a pump out station..
